El tema: la mierda del arte y su gran abanico. Arte manchado de sangre, arte y narcotráfico, arte y mercado negro del arte, arte y lavado de dinero, arte y colecciones ilegales, arte y saqueo de arte del Tercer Mundo, arte y política, arte y soborno, arte y consumismo, arte por el arte.

What is contemporary art, anyway? An investment? A status symbol? A form of laundering money? A coded object that can decorate walls, or a silent witness to the atrocities of the barbaric and the greedy? The Nazis have been in the news lately for looting the Jewish art collectors and museums of Europe fifty years ago. Today, traffickers in ancient archeological artifacts loot poor countries and deliver the booty to the museums and gallerys of the West
–like the MOMA at NY or the Fine Arts Museum at Boston-, exchanging art and history for large sums of money...
What is art? Spoils of war? Symbols of plunder? Merchandise? Decoration? Savings bonds? What is the new definition of the art object? What is the ethic and the aesthetic today at the bigining of the XXI century?
